Questions people ask
How does the free trial work?
You get 14 days free on the Individual plan. A card is needed to start, but nothing is charged during the trial. If you don’t cancel, the Individual plan begins on day 15 and you’re charged the Individual price. You see the exact amount and date before you confirm.
How do I cancel?
In the app, open My account, choose Manage billing, then Cancel plan. Cancel during the trial and you pay nothing. Cancel a paid plan and it stays on until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
Do you give refunds?
Our refund policy is being reviewed by our lawyers and will be published here before paid plans open. Nothing in our terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Do prices include GST?
Yes. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. You get a tax invoice by email for every payment.
How does the School plan work?
It’s priced per learner and paid by card, and you can add your ABN at checkout for tax invoices. For a larger school, or to pay by invoice or purchase order, talk to us.
What if a payment fails?
We let you know and retry the card over the next few days. You keep access while you update your card in Manage billing.
Who handles my card details?
Stripe processes all payments. Ponder never sees or stores your full card number.
